"At check in Alex was very friendly and informative. He provided suggestions for local dining and also how to get to the Shiloh National Battlefield Park. My room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again."

The front lobby and entrance was in a state of remodeling and it and the front desk area is in the breakfast area and the noise and disturbance was pretty bad as all remodeling construction usually is. There was no reduction in price because of it either. Should have been. Staff was nice and apologized for the situation. Room was okay. Only the area around the front desk and lobby and the breakfast area was under construction. I don't like waling around under where people are working on the ceiling overhead with tools that if dropped would hurt somebody. Probably should have done it different."
