"The property is run by the owners that were casually dressed (in jeans, short pants, t-shirts) and no IDs. If they have not come to the front desk and from the employee-access only areas, guests would not have known their running the business. The room given to us was for disabled and have not been vacuumed and dusted. Food was not on time for continental breakfast, milk was served in pitcher for making shakes, taters were uncooked, and orange juice was stale. The lobby was unorganized and dirty. We did not notice the state of the lobby until we sat to wait for breakfast. We do not recommend it at all. We were very unsatisfied."

"Dryer wasn't working. Bed skirt was horrible stained. Back door was not locked properly and was easy access for everyone no key needed Our room was 3 doors down kinda uneasy feeling being from out of town. Pool was not working so a heads up would be nice."

"I was there for a graduation and only stayed there one night. The accommodations were OK and breakfast was also OK."

"The property is very run down, and our room was very dirty. To top that off, we were woken up at 7:30 AM to someone blasting their bass in a car just outside the window for several minutes. Overall, the worst experience I have had at a hotel in years. I do have to say that the staff was very helpful however, and were able to refund my stay. They were nice, friendly, and apologized for the experience."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’ve enjoyed both visits. The rooms are always very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The owner is super friendly and makes you feel welcome. I would definitely stay here again."

"Room smelled and looked clean. Heat/AC had green light on but did not actually turn on. Window was cracked open so once I got it to finally close (was really difficult to move) the room temperature was ok with the PTAC on for the rest of the night since outside temps were decent. Did not use any other amenities . Front desk person was very friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Lots of hallway noise from other guests."
