"This hotel is very nice, and our room with a balcony over looking the pool area was lovely. The lobby is lovely with a bar, nice sit down restaurant, and coffee and sandwich counter. It's located in a GREAT location walkung distance to many restaurants, chocolate shops, and fun sites. We walked to a wonderful breakfast restaurant called "Sunday Sunday", a beautiful historic church, and SCAG for a tour. However, we found staff to be less than helpful upon arrival which is super important. We were left to find and figure out how to get our bags into the hotel and navigate the lobby which was quite busy. Not a good first impression, but after that we were good."

"Great location and a really friendly and helpful staff made this a nice place to stay. Beds were comfy with a free breakfast every day. It was nice having a full size fridge to store things and make ice. The hotel is close to River St. and Broughton St., both easy walks. The only negative is the bathroom size, it's really small. We had a City View room and with double windows there is still road noise. It did not bother us, but light sleepers be forewarned."

"Loved this Pet-Friendly hotel that made us feel so welcome the moment the Kind Valets held the door open for us to the Wonderful Staff graciously offering guidance for a super fun stay in Savannah. The room was clean, had lovely white towels and bedding, and delicious smelling toiletries in the shower. I will definitely stay here again with our doggie, especially after enjoying their beautiful courtyard with the complimentary wine served in the afternoon. Oh and it was so well located that even though it’s so close to the touristy areas, it was still quiet and relaxing with a lovely square to walk around."

"Hotel is beautiful and close to lots of things but rooms are not maintained. Toilet paper holder fell off wall. Shower curtain was filthy. Head board looked like they had never been dusted. Too expensive for such poor maintenance."
