Cave Divers Spring Escape, Sleeps 8+, Relaxing Patio, Fire Pit, Spacious Kitchen

Super cute and spacious private 3 bedroom home on 4 acres really lets you enjoy the country life. Only a few miles from several springs and the famous Suwanee river. (Literally have 10 springs within 39 miles). A few of the springs are: Little River Springs (my favorite), Ichetucknee springs, Ginnie Springs, Royal spring, Rum Island(my favorite to paddle-board), Hart springs, Blue Springs, Poe springs and so many more.
Set up a nice evening fire or grill out on the spacious patio. We also have a projector available for movie nights under the stars with outdoor lounge chairs (my families favorite). If you like staying in, try out the new spa style tub with candle lights! While our home may not be perfect, its our perfect country get away!

Quiet little place.

This place was awesome. Quiet little place to relax. Huge kitchen made it easy for us to have family for dinner one night. Host is quick to respond to messages and provides lots of extras to help your stay be better.

Comfortable stay

The owner was very accommodating to our requests. The property was peaceful and roomy. We were traveling to the area to attend a wedding in Lake City. My family and my brother’s family enjoyed spending time together here.

Great country retreat

It was a wonderful time. We needed to get out of the city and it was exactly what we needed. It was interesting dealing with out a working microwave, however we made it work. We do plan on returning to this location for another getaway.

Relaxing secluded

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was comfortable and inviting. Just what we were looking for. The location was off the beaten path but central to the many springs in the area. It would be a great place for a family. With plenty of room to spread. Would stay there again.

Springs Trip

Great location for all the springs. Beautiful setting where the houses second time staying here it was awesome. The host spree is very personable and willing to help with any problem. I would recommend this place to anyone and if you have kids, there’s lots of games which we all played Saturday afternoon because it wouldn’t quit raining, but everybody had a great time.

Home is very comfortable and well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen is very large and made it easy to make a meal if we didn't feel like eating out. Many things to do within a 30 minute ride. The springs are awesome.

The home was exactly as described. It was clean and private. The host was responsive. The book on the counter with information on the area was helpful. The water cooler was definitely a plus. We would stay here again.

My new favorite place to stay while at the springs!

Everything was perfect! The host even left beverages in the fridge for me!! The beds were comfy and the ac worked amazingly! That is all that I care about when traveling. Coming back from the springs all day to the fire pit was relaxing. Just what my soul needed for the weekend. This was my second time staying and we will be back. Thank you for hosting such a great place.

Country Life At It’s Best!

The family and I enjoyed a few days here and was sad we had to leave to go back to the real world. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was big enough for the family to cook together and the fire pit was a perfect touch for after dinner s’mores. The host left detailed information on the springs and the area. We will for sure book this place again before the summer ends, if it’s available! Thank you for opening your home to us! Lots of memories were made in the short time we were there.

Lovely home with close access to many springs and the Suwannee River

Booked this as a last minute mini spring break trip. When I realized I booked the wrong dates they were super quick to respond and change my dates for me. House was clean, with lots of space and peace and quite. While it was too cold to enjoy all the surrounding springs, we still visited several of them as well as take a canoe trip for down the Suwannee River. So many options within 15-30 mins. I will definitely book again for a summer trip.

Spring Break Getaway

My husband and I needed a getaway from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. We were more than pleased with this rental! We enjoyed taking walks up and down the quiet roads of the neighborhood. The springs were beautiful and very easy to find since they were not far from the rental. I highly recommend this rental and will stay again when visiting our family who live in the area. We also found our host very accommodating when a last-minute change to our booking came up. Brianna responded quickly and took care of everything for us. Amazing time

This property was everything I expected and more. I so loved our stay here. Much needed family vacation. We were close to a gas station and wonderful Dollar store ( mini grocery store) 1 1/2 miles. Comfortable beds , coffee pot, coffee, adequate supplies to cook and laundry. Bath soaps and shampoo. Just bring your clothes , toothbrush and toothpaste. Oh and grocery stores about 20 minutes away. I loved how the host shared a notebook with all her favorite springs, restaurants and more. I would highly recommend this stay. Would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your home!!!!

Quiet, country getaway!
