"We were picked up at the airport exactly as described. The porter escorted us to the 11th floor reception and everyone was very helpful. In fact the porter walked us to the ferry office to get our tickets for the next day. This was early above and beyond customer service. We ate at the restaurant and the food was OK and prices reasonable. Unfortunately the windows were quite dirty, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the view of the harbor. "Reliable hot water and cold AC made the stay very comfortable. The in-room safe didn’t work but not a deal-breaker. No AC or fan running in common areas (ie. Lobby) although the machines are standing there. Same for restaurant, although they did turn them on as soon as I sat down for breakfast and cooled quickly, so maybe that’s a plus for eco-conservation! "

"We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. Thank you for the memorable stay !"

"The area was the heart of the city so it’s gonna be noisy. It’s gonna be crowded. It’s gonna be a little dirty but at night the streets got amazingly cleaned. Still felt safe would definitely stay there again."

"We are repeat customers and we’ve always had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, beautiful facilities, and great food on-site with incredible scenery. Watching the sunrise through a sea view window is worth a visit by itself! The only critique I’d have is that the hot water doesn’t get very hot in the shower/bath, but you do have a kettle available if need be. Besides that, this is a hotel I’d recommend for a true luxury experience!"
