"The bed was clean and the refrigerator worked but there was no water pressure in the shower! The tub pressure was sooo low I decided to use the sink to wash at. Also no meat during breakfast was a let down."

"The person at the desk was cordial but did not smile. The lobby area looked nice and somewhat modern which probably contributed to my disappointment with the room. When I entered the room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. The floor seemed swept but had paint marks. The linens were clean but upon inspection of the mattress it was disgusting- stained and must have been really old. However, no signs of bed bugs. The bathroom had been cleaned but the caulking and grout were cracked with rust stains I the tub, toilet and sink. The cost was low but I did not expect the conditions. I will not return and cannot recommend this motel."

"The fire alarm went off at 11;45 (no problem) but then there was zero communication about it. The worker never spoke to any of the guest nor was there an update. In the morning I went to take a shower and there was a zero hot water. When I went up to the front desk the worker told me that when the maintaince guy came in she would send him to our room. I asked what time she was unable to give me a time. I asked for another to shower in she refused me another room. I asked to speak with a manager and she was unavailable. I asked for a number she ran out of business cards. I left my number for the manager and I am still waiting. Side note: my daughter found a spider in the bathroom. The free breakfast was a dirty and messy, no one was restocking or cleaning. Obviously I will not be staying there again and will be contacting cooperate ."

"There was trash in both of our rooms that showed the rooms had not been cleaned adequately. The front desk employee offered us two different rooms, one of which reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the building being non-smoking. We left and went to a neighboring hotel."
