"Room was clean and bed was very comfy but the whole hotel is very dated and needs to be refurbished. Location is quite good too, it was a perfectly adequate place to stay for 1 night."

My only concern was the old flimsy gate between the two properties, as my dogs could see the two big dogs next door.
