"Excellent host and a great property. Home was exactly as described. I decided to do a spur of the moment dunes trip with my SXS and couldn’t have worked out better with the location of this property. The backyard is quite literally the dunes and you have an amazing view of Lake Michigan out front. ORV park entrance is 5 mins away. The entry road to the neighborhood is a bit narrow and steep at times but no issues with my F350 and 16 foot trailer. The driveway is easy to back into but I wouldn’t go more than a 18-20 foot trailer. Overall, for the price and location, I would recommend staying here. "

"We had a great fall break weekend enjoying the colors, cooler temps, and accommodations. We had kids under 10-grandparents with us and this was a perfect fit for all of our personalities. We enjoyed the easy access to the beachfront - walking along the beach - our golden retriever loved tagging along. We utilized the fireplace outside to make smores our first night. The room accommodations worked well for our group of 5. The kitchen and linens were very well stocked. Directions were clear and easy to follow. The walk out basement made it easy for our dog to go in and out (and kudos to the fine details like towels by the door for the paws coming in!). Overall it was a great stay and we'd likely return! "Very nice place. Nicely decorated. The weather was unseasonably cold & windy so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outdoor amenities,(firepit, patio etc). Neighbor has a pitbull, that was definitely not a plus, it was good we weren't able to be outside much, if we were it may have created a problem. "
