"Stunning country castle style hotel. Rooms finished to a very high standard. Staff were wonderfully attentive, seemed genuinely pleased to help and proud of their establishment. Packed with history and a real oasis of peace and comfort. Afternoon tea and breakfast were delicious with a wide choice of options. "We received a vety friendly welcome and help to take our luggage upstairs. The room was clean and spacious. The ensuite looked in pristine condition and the shoeer was easy to usecand vety good. Breakfast had a number of cooked choices as well as the continental self service. Iverall the staff at the Drake made us very welcome and very comfortable. The jotel is well positioned for the Hoe, Barbican and Railway Station."
