"First, when you get to the place you get a huge hill which isnt really easy to get up, they would send someone to help you getting your car up. The place is really nice and quiet. A lot of mosquitoes since its basically a mountain, there is a -jungle- next to the area. Moving around isnt that easy but the staff is willing to help. Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza)...

Had a really long waiting time for the Caribbean Restaurante they work with deliver the food (took around 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a octopus fillet and a pizza) which was not so pleasing. The bad part is that we are in a mountain and they are going to be bugs around cearly, we got a cockroach in our room, we asked for some spray to kill it, but the guy never showed up with it, my husband dont like them at all, so we didnt get a good sleep at night. "
