Jim, the owner, was great to speak with regarding everything in the area as well as the background and history of Panama, and was willing to assist or help in anything that you needed. "The property was great for our family of 6. Very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to have their space in the time we were at home. The property manager was an amazing communicator and was there to support if anything was needed, even with a mid-week check-in to make sure we were doing well. A very quiet, gated part of time. "The house is nicely appointed…very large. All bedrooms are good size. Multiple living areas. Great, clean pool. XL kitchen. The host, Jonathan, is extremely responsive. We had an issue with the ice machine (separate from the frig and freezer). He fixed within 20 minutes. The chef he recommended, Chef Alberto, was exceptional! "Photos & descriptions are not accurate of what we encountered. This is a good space & has potential to be very lucrative. But it needs EXTENSIVE updating & repairs. Hardly anything worked correctly. No handrails on steep steps. Cannot tell how steep steps are from a picture! Owner was informed that we are a group of senior ladies (60-80 years). Stove top works, oven does not, w/o lighting something. We seniors didn't feel comfortable bending down, to look for a gas source to light the oven. We...

"Absolutely stunning property from Head to toe. Came to Panama for my 40th birthday with 10 of my good friends. We all enjoyed the property as it was absolutely incredible and walking distance to absolutely everything around you. You even have private guards outside protecting you as it is close to other government entities. "A nice house with ocean view was proposed. We got a house with a huge orange wall right in front of the sea. No view. House was not clean. More than half of the lightbulbs were not working. Stove and oven not working. Could not open the bedroom access to the balcony, door was in bad shape and full of crap. Not at all what we have paid for. Owner should be honest and tell remote his house with the ugly wall blocking the view. We were stolen of our few first days of vacation. We had to go...

"We absolutely loved our stay in Gamboa! There were so many outdoor activities in the area and it was close to Panama City. The house was large with plenty of space for us to spread out or be together. The lower patio was a wonderful place to spend an afternoon in the hammock reading or watching the rain fall. Jorge and Omar were very responsive and provided us with whatever we asked for. Thank you Jorge!"

It is a pretty much good choice. just ensure to go in 4x4 car and bring whole food and drinks for your stay. 30 min at least to reach a place to buy sth."

"My daughter and I stayed for a week. The place was easy to find and Uber drivers had no difficulty finding it. The security guard was very nice and helpful. It was a good idea to get separate rooms becuz two queen beds in a hotel room would not have provided privacy and alone time. The kitchen was well-stocked. The neighborhood had a variety as far as the choices of cuisine. The EXTRA store was near by, too. I will return when I am back in Panama."
