"This is a scam, the service apartment is not available. Contact number is not working... left stranded and had to look for alternative accomodation onsite.
Money paid but totally uncontactable. I want my money back. I am a gold member of hotel.com, first time i am experiencing this.
Utterly disappointed. Pls call me. I was waiting at call center for more than 1 hr and line was cut and no one return my call. I am consider to move my booking somewhere else.

"Absolutely regret booking a room here. The block of serviced apartments have units owned by different entities, and the entire building looks seedy. No reception in lobby. Called when we arrived and when no one turned up to take us to our room after 10 minutes, security told us to call again. When I did the man on the phone shouted at me and told us to just wait. 2. It was located close to the to CBD.
3. A monorail line ran in front of the building.
4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre.
5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area.
6. Swimming pool on 15th floor.
DISLIKES
1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm.
2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic.
3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture.
4. How to rectify door...

"I did not stay there, as I could not get into the property. I reached the property around 7pm. No one passed me the keys, nobody helped me. The owner's phone is not in used anymore. I tried call the Malaysian help line but was told to call again during office hour!

"No clean face or body towels. The agent didn’t knew our names and we didn’t receive proper name of the building. The security staff didn’t knew about our arrival but they we eager to log me in the visitor log book. The room air vent had a black mold, which it could be easily clean with warm water and bleach. They didn’t have a face towel and body towel was overused. The confirmation email with the agent name wasn’t received in time. The bathroom is slippery after the shower. It would be nice to...
