"I had a really great stay here in Medellín. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and it quickly felt like a home rather than just a short-term rental. One of the highlights was the kitchen—it was large, functional, and had everything I needed to actually cook proper meals, which I really appreciated during a longer stay. The entire space was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, with comfortable furniture, plenty of room to relax, and everything I needed day to day. The location was convenient for getting around Medellín while still being a comfortable place to come back to and unwind. Communication was easy throughout the stay, and any questions or needs were handled quickly and professionally. Check-in and checkout were both straightforward with no unnecessary hassle. Overall, this was one of those stays where everything simply worked well. I was very comfortable here and would absolutely stay again the next time I’m in Medellín."

"Diana checked us in on Saturday, she was wonderful & friendly. The moment we stepped into the building her warm smile greeted us. I felt welcomed. On Monday night, the moment she saw us, she asked if we were okay because of the Earthquake. I appreciated her & gentleman for asking because the experience was scary.Everything was shaking but thank God the building stood strong and we are alive. I forgot the name of the gentleman who asked if we were okay but he said he was on his bike when the Earthquake happened, he was a wonderful sweetheart. Thanks to the 3 employees who went with us in the elevator to take us to our floor because we had no intention of using any elevator after the Earthquake. All the staffs we interacted with from the receptionist area to the dining area were professional and wondeful. They did their best to communicate with us as we spoke little/no spanish - they were helpful and awesome. The hotel location is great lots of food places within walking distance. I felt safe walking around the surrounding area at night too. The hotel is lovely &quiet .Wish they had mint/peppermint tea. Breakfast was okay, not alot to choose from.The room was good with a nice view. Something bit me on the side part of my calf on the bed Saturday night, so in the morning I showed the front desk person the reddish brusied area and got alcohol & ointment to put on it. But I was comforted knowing they cleaned daily."
