"The property was very underwhelming does not look like anything in the pictures. The roads are absolutely disgusting. There was rust and mold in the bathroom. You can tell that it was cleaned and rushed when I lay down in my bed. There was dust all over the headboard all over the side tables. There was dust stuck to the remote absolutely disgusting. I would never sit here again"

"We recently stayed at this hotel and appreciated the convenient location, especially being able to walk to Citizens Bank Park for the game. Unfortunately, our room was not ready until about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time. The hotel provided two complimentary drink vouchers as an apology, which was a nice gesture, although we do not drink and were unable to use them. The room itself was clean overall, but there was noticeable dirt on the carpet in the bedroom area, and the body wash dispenser in the shower was empty. The beds were acceptable, though not the most comfortable. Our biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. When we asked for an update on our room status, the staff seemed annoyed and were not particularly friendly. A more welcoming and helpful attitude would have made a big difference to our experience. The location is excellent, but I believe the hotel would benefit from additional customer service training for front desk staff."

"We stayed 2 nights prior to flying out after a family wedding. I gave the overall rating a 5 star because the location was great. We were traveling with our 8 & 12 yr olds and the area felt safe and was central to all the historical sites we wished to visit. We also walked the 30 minutes to the 9th St Italian Market. Our stay was so short we did not utilize any of the amenities. I did try to contact the front desk to request a towel and after being placed on hold for 5 minutes gave up. Not a deal breaker, but likely understaffed like most places."
