"We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. "

"The property is nasty it doesn’t meet Expedia standard, I been member with you for long time but I was shocked to see property in this low standard. The property is dirty in all ways. I didn’t expect in that condition. Once I seen it in that rotten condition I left , and got apartment somewhere else. I took pictures of the property if you like I could send them. "I liked the location because it was down the street from “smiley’s” like a local grocery Mart but still walking distance from the beach. Coming from Texas I found it difficult to sleep at night. The night store/ game room was perfectly located right across the roundabout this was a life saver for late night snacking and the guys were really friendly. Be advised this is a very local family friendly area. Lots of families and residential zoning you will have to be on best behavior. so may not be...

"Our stay here was amazing. Mohamed and Hamza at the front desk provided exceptional customer service. We were very impressed!! Fati in the spa gave the best hammam treatment we received during our time in Morocco. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options for everyone. The lunch/dinner restaurant was alright, we only had pizza as it was very overpriced for most things. It is easy to walk down the street to some other options or take a taxi. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would come back! We had a good experience in the spa one of the days but the next day it wasn’t as good. They were very behind causing us to have to sit and wait. One worker clearly didn’t want to be there and would sigh and complain about being at work which isn’t exactly nice to hear as a paying customer. One of our treatments got cancelled altogether due to the delay and we couldn’t reschedule as we were flying home the next day. "

"The hotel was impeccable. The evening Front Office Staff of April 13 went above and beyond their responsibilities to help me through a difficult bind I was in after a tour of Chefchaouen and arriving in the hotel late at night. Their concern for me was just unbelievable. Kudos to them."
