"This hotel is super rundown. The 8.8 was not deserved. "

"Filthy, they only cleaned our room once in 3 days because we caught the cleaning lady in the hall at 6pm and requested it be cleaned. Water slide are a huge hazard and left bick scrapes and rub burns on our kids back. One child had a rash from the kiddie pool. Managment then billed my credit card $850 without authorization claiming our kids contaminated thier pool with the soap in the showers. This was the was the worst hotel i have stayed at. Food was terrible and staff was extremely rude."

"This hotel is always very clean and in excellent shape. The rooms are comfortable and it has the best breakfast buffet out of any other hotels we have stayed in. We always book here when we are passing through Medicine Hat."

"The hotel is dingy and dirty. The bed was comfortable and clean but the carpet, door handles, hallway walls, elevator doors and elevator buttons were dirty. Conversations in the hallway and slamming doors could be heard throughout the night. "
