"The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style."

"Staff knocked on door at ten and ten thirty pm Said I called about needing help with tv. No I was trying to sleep. Next to door to upstairs. Slammed shut a million times before midnight. Chair in handicap shower not sturdy but shower pressure was nice. No WiFi info on checking in. No inquiry as to room in way out. Didn’t do breakfast just wanted out. Car parked under shelter in handicap area and was also the smoking area. Had to inhale massive amount of smoke while loading suitcase. Bed not comfortable. Room by gym and heard noise so much cuz open 24 hours. Never again "

"This property is a motel with the doors outside and not a hotel. I would have not stayed had I known that. Maybe it says in the description but I don't remember seeing that. The breakfast was good."

"Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We noticed there were some floor areas that need to be refreshed or repaired but the price was reasonable. Our stay was fine."

"Staff was very helpful. First complaint is the mattress felt like plywood, we were not happy and ended up with back pain. There was people in the hallway at all hours of the night having loud conversations and slamming doors without a care in the world. I will not recommend this hotel at all"
