"This hotel is a good airport hotel. It's clean and the rooms are nice for what they're generally priced at. I've stayed here before, and would stay here again. My only gripe from this trip was that they didn't seem to really have the capacity on their shuttle to really deal with the demand of being an airport hotel so close to a major airport. They offer a shuttle and I get that it's generally first come first serve at most hotels, but when I went to sign up for a shuttle at a pretty early time the afternoon before, they already had no room on multiple time slots and the staff's suggestion if I didn't want to go to the airport 4 hours before my flight was that I could pay for an Uber myself. So maybe call when you book the room and sign up for the shuttle then haha."

"The biggest issue for me this year was the elevators. 2 were down for maintenance so during pax west one of the busiest times it was crazy having to wait. But I understand it’s something that had to be done. The only other issue is having to relog into the wifi every morning. It would be nice that once I’m connect it’s connect for the entirety of my stay rather than waking up and realizing I’m not one the wifi any especially as an international traveller. Aside from those 2 issues the stay was pretty nice."
