"Such a nice hotel! The only issue is the check in process is slow but we had a great time."

"The property was good walking distance from everything we wanted to do downtown. It was difficult to figure out parking because each time we tried to call the hotel no one would answer. We wound up parking in the ACE parking structure which worked out. The AC in the room did not work and they stated because they did not have cooling turned on yet which made the room stuffy and there was no bathroom fan which also didn’t help. The front desk gave us a dusty fan which was hard to operate and the front desk workers never answered the phone when we called. The mattress was firm and there was a working keurig. We also found out if we wanted housekeeping that was an additional $40 charge but thankfully we did not need that. We will probably try staying elsewhere next time but it worked out for our short weekend trip."

"Small room in old building showing signs of its overall age but fresh re-model of the kitchenette and bathroom. Convenient shuttle to the cruise port on the Saturday I used it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"You can see Seattle Center with the Space Needle from hotel windows and it’s just a 10 minute walk to that area. Brand new build opened Jan 2026 with awesome staff and fantastic amenities- full breakfast (free) every morning, large and comfy lounge areas like your living room at home, bar and coffee shops, 2nd floor wonderful outdoor lounge with comfy seating and fire pits for gatherings anytime day or night, 8th floor has a large rooftop deck to view cityscape -and a self-serve laundry room (no cash - use your debit/credit card with their laundry app and well appointed gym and studio room for group yoga,etc. Large rooms with furnished kitchen - apartment-size frig, dishwasher, dishes- some come with sofa. They’ll even store your luggage before/after checkout so you can sightsee easily."

"Everything about the place was amazing except some of the loud guests in the pool and in the corridors! Pools were amazing when not crowded. The saunas and jacuzzi was pretty good as were the cinema and karaoke space rooms. Of course, there is also the ease of being about to walk downtown, to the waterfront and South Lake Union restaurants!"

"I have stayed here several times over the past 10 years. It was always fine. But this time something was amiss. It seemed more run-down, gloomier. Little things like stains on hallway carpet, printer unable to print flight pass, and housekeeping staff using the same elevator we use slowing it down. Elevators were slow. Sorry."
