"Great place. Perfect location! Comfy bed. Great breakfast from the roof with 360 views of the Medina. Spectacular. But the best of all was the young man who runs the place. What a great kid. Speaks English French Spanish and Arabic. Gave us so much information about where to go, where and what to eat. Just a great kid. Thanks Abderrhunan you helped to make our stay exceptional. "This hotel is in a great location in the Messina. It’s a true character hotel and fits in with the local setting perfectly. It is an old building and while I’m confident the room and bathroom were cleaned properly, it has a feeling of being old and not so clean. But we chose this location and hotel wanting to have a great local experience (versus the typical chain of standard hotels). The room is actually beautiful with original designs typical of the era. The breakfast was included and was very good especially if you enjoy authentic Moroccan food and flavors. Because of the central location, the outside activity (a lot of it) can be heard in the room late into the evening."

"I generally never leave negative reviews for places, but this one warrants one. I messaged this property several times prior to arriving. No response. Go there and no one was there. We were left with nowhere to stay. Luckily we were able to find some good samaritans who helped us find a place. Be absolutely careful with this place or you could be left stranded. Requesting a full refund."

"Loved this hotel right at the entrance to the medina. I stayed in the terrace suite and it was a beautiful view of the city and the water. Staff were super helpful and friendly. As others said, it was loud at times because you’re in the medina, but that didn’t bother me. Extra blankets, hangers, mini fridge, TV, couch in my suite. Excellent location — so close to the port, taxis and the bus. Coffeemaker was clogged, but not a huge issue. Would absolutely stay again."
