"The property was amazing & was more than enough room for our group of 20 people. Pools were nice & the location couldn’t have better. While there were a few things broken, the host was very quick to respond and to get someone over to help us. Only downside, is they are very strict on quiet hours and being outside past 10pm while simultaneously advertising for big groups, including bachelor / bachelorette trips. Regardless, we all had an amazing time in PR, staying at this property! "

There were 5 main issues that go against VRBO standards and practices and Puerto Rico’s building codes. 1. The showers and toilets overflowed after one shower and one use of the toilet. 2. There was mold in every single ac unit in the property. 3. There was not a single fire detector or c02 detector and 2 of the people staying were firefighters and...
