"Netter sympathischer Vermieter. Trotz des MissverstĂ€ndnisses mit der Agentur bezĂŒglich der Kaution. Hier gab es die Fehlinformation, dass die Kaution von 1000 Euro auch durch die Übertragung einer Versicherungspolice ĂŒber den Betrag fĂŒr den Aufenthalt gestellt werden kann. Das konnten wir pragmatisch mit Bargeld (Reisekasse Bankautomat) lösen. Das Haus wird liebevoll gepflegt und nach und nach erneuert. Leider war bei uns das WC im oberen Bad noch nicht nutzbar. "Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal. Strand und GeschĂ€fte sowie Restaurants sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem der Pool ist toll. Man hat uns nett empfangen und zur Abreise war direkt jemand da um die SchlĂŒssel zu ĂŒbernehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub. Aufgefallen ist uns nur das viele HĂ€user offensichtlich verlassen sind. Wir waren ganz oft in der Siedlung allein unterwegs. Also Ruhe satt. Im Ortskern war es anders, dort war viel Betrieb."
