Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline. House is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with small apartment "Jasna" nearby.
Living space of 150 sq meters is spread over ground and first floor, connected with inner stairs. Air condition is in the living room (on the ground floor). Garden with covered terrace and surrounding area spread over 670 m2 are perfect for the outdoor living, children playground and relaxed barbecue dinners. Pets will be thankful to you for choosing this holiday house. There is also area of cca 235 m2 with parking space and outside showers which can be used by both houses.
