"We found out on arrival that the place we’d booked had had a sewage issue so our host had scrambled to find us somewhere else. While we really appreciated that effort and the fact she met us at the ferry so late, the new place wasn’t great. No wifi, no nearby parking and very dusty. We were told it was available for one less day then we’d booked so we said we’d leave a day early rather than her having to find us somewhere else which worked out fine but meant we paid for accommodation for that...
