So quiet and yet within 5/10 minutes walking fabulous restaurant’s and museums/landmarks but what makes this hotel outstanding are the hosts who are so welcoming. "For the price paid the accommodation was very good, clean and larger than a Parisian hotel room. Towels were enough including the beach towel. The view is superb from the table in front of the door. The only miss was the coffe for the provided machine but the girl at the reception was helpful and the problem was solved."

"This is a self-service hotel where you will receive the location and door code along with the key which associates to your room. The room had the basic necessities such as soap, towels and WiFi which were all I needed. The only issue I had was activating the A/C which did not work even after closing the window. Overall, I enjoyed Chania and TheJoy hotel and would come back again!"

"Our stay at Anotolia Charming was so amazing, the room and the service were both superb. Only a short stroll from the old port with shopping and restaurants and an amazing vibe all round. The lady at the desk was so helpful and assisted us with several local calls to retrieve some items we had left on another island - we can't thank her enough!! "It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day.
