small, not clean and no view

the apartment was small (of course m2 were mentioned in ad) but not practical at all. Balcony which was only place to sit with a dining table was still full of 'useless' things that limited the space eg. Would never fit 6 ppl in as the ad was mentioning unless you put 4 small children in bunk bed... it was dirty- sticky and covered with dust- all on the floor. was not used for a long time. Did all the dish washes before using anything. location is close to city center (walking distance) so that was convenient. But the view.... pics are not representive. Instead of some view on the mountains there is right before the balcony a large house in building phase which gave you no view at all.... not very pleased with everything...

Excellente communication avec le propriétaire. Toutefois, à notre arrivée, nous avons dû refaire le ménage malgré une hausse du tarif par rapport à l’année dernière. Dommage que la propreté n’ait pas vraiment été au rendez-vous cette fois-ci.

Studio conforme à la description à une grosse exception... Il y a un gros immeuble en construction juste devant l'appartement, donc plus aucune vue dégagée (vue moche sur un chantier) et ensoleillement réduit contrairement aux photos trompeuses de l'annonce. Nous avions choisi la location pour son emplacement (5 min de Megève centre) et pour sa vue dégagée plein sud. Mauvaise surprise en arrivant en ouvrant les volets. On aurait apprécié être prévenu.

Studio donne pour 6 personnes !!! 2 chambres ??? 1 canapé convertible très inconfortable mangeant toute la pièce pas de place pour une table et des chaises repas sur la table de salon avec 3 poufs pas d’espace de rangement, pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants pas possible!! Éclairage minimum donc pas de lecture le soir et difficile de cuisiner.incident pour le store resté bloqué. L’info sur le site 6 personnes a faussé mon choix, de même que pas de table ni de chaises pour manger correctement installés et l’éclairage !!!!

Studio cosy, chaleureux et Très lumineux exposé plein sud, quelques petits désagréments avec la lumière de cuisine et le store du salon mais studio très très bien placé à proximité de toutes commodités et à 2 pas du jaillet et du centre de Megeve et du palais des sports! Pharmacie, carrefour market, boulangerie bio à 2 min à pied. Très pratique si vous avez oublié quelque chose. Petit bémol cependant, une seule clef pour la famille et pas accès au local à skis. Pour les amoureux de montagne et du mont blanc à proximité, je recommande fortement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et je remercie l’interlocutrice Sylviane très à l’écoute et très agréable ;) 👍👍

Appartement lumineux, situé à 50 m d’une laverie, pharmacie et carrefour market. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour se rendre au téléphérique du jaillet car trop loin avec des chaussures de ski. Au niveau des lits surperposés il n’y a pas de barrière sur celui du haut donc mes deux enfants ont dû dormir ensemble en bas car trop dangereux. Le canapé convertible aurait besoin d’un renouveau. La personne qui vous accueille est top.

Bon emplacement. Mobilier conforme à l’annonce. Salle de bain sombre. Lits superposés dans l’entrée, pas idéale pour le bruit et la circulation. Accueil de la femme de ménage Nadia moyen, échange avec elle lors d’un problème de store honteux, je cite « Vous n’allez pas m’emmerder.... ». Le propriétaire très agréable a du se confondre en excuses.

Acceuil très sympathique et disponibilité avant et pendant la durée de location de Nadia qui a la gestion du studio, merci. L’appartement est fonctionnel, moderne, idéalement pour deux et 4 maximum. Il est bien situé, 10 mn à pieds du centre de Megève. Il est lumineux, et possède un agréable balcon. Séjour agréable avec le soleil en bonus pour nous 😃
