This level has two bedrooms with a double bed each. A master and master bedroom which can have a baby bed which I can provide if necessary. This master bedroom is adjoining the dressing room which is in turn adjoining the sanitary, from where it gives you complete privacy. The other bedroom is also large and has a wall cupboard. It has a double bed which can be separated into two single beds according to your needs. A large Moroccan living room. A large fitted kitchen with a central marble dining area for. A shower and cabinet with seat toilet corresponding to the private sanitary adjoining the dressing room and another sanitary at the entrance of the rental with Turkish toilets. Broadband connection. A wood stove, an entrance hall, digital TV, DVD player, stereo. A large garden that surrounds the property giving it a peaceful and calm setting. Garden with wrought iron table - chairs - wall barbecue all at your disposal for family meals.

Spacious and light. Secure and cool. Fixtures and fittings were old. Toilet needs fixing.
Mr Houma the manager did his best to help with several issues such as leaking washing machine and missing DVD player (doesn't play uk dvds). Boiler didn't heat the water consistently. Flush on the European toilet wasn't working well. Surface clean on arrival but needs a deep clean. No aircon or ceiling fans. Shared garden nice BBQ oven good. Garden furniture needs replacing. No towels or toilet paper.

Il y a 2 logements en location: La maison en photo et un en sous-sol semi enterré précision non indiquée dans l’annonce. J’ ai eu ce dernier. Quelle déception, heureusement que j’avais loué que 3 nuits. La salle de bain était vétuste avec un lavabo sur le point de s’écrouler et de la rouille partout et sans verrou à la porte ce qui est problématique dans une salle de bain et Wc. La chaudière était défectueuse. En rentrant de promenade le premier soir une forte odeur de gaz s’était répandue dans tout le logement. Le lendemain plus d’eau chaude...sachant que nous étions 8 pour faire nos toilettes quotidiennes...Le gardien n’a rien pu faire sous-entendant que toute la chaudière devait être changée depuis un moment déjà. Les tissus du salon marocain étaient tâchés. Dans la cuisine très très peu de vaisselle. Un bol pour 8, pas de petites cuillères, une cocotte cassée, un faitout et des assiettes sales, des cafards morts sous l’évier. Le seul rayon de soleil de cette location était la sœur du propriétaire qui nous a apporté de la vaisselle de chez elle et des seaux d’eau chaude pour que les enfants puissent prendre au moins une douche chaude. Elle a vraiment été d’une grande gentillesse.Le frère et la belle-sœur qui vivaient au-dessus également en vacances ont essayé de nous aider. Nous sommes arrivés le mercredi à 16h et sommes repartis le vendredi à 15h au lieu du samedi de peur que les enfants et les adultes n’attrapent un rhume ou qu’un incident grave n’ arrive avec la chaudière. Dommage car le contact avec le propriétaire au moment de la réservation en France était positif. Il était très courtois et disponible.

Nice house! Great location! Great people!
The house is very nice with a nice little garden and not far away from the beach. The housekeeper and caretaker of the place were very friendly and helpful. We visited at the end of December which means that it can get quite cold at night. The house has a nice wood stove which made it warm and cozy, so this was not really a problem for us. We would come back again!

Ferien bei Freunden
Hijam und seine Familie waren uns echte Freunde. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Nachfolger werden es noch besser haben, da das Örtchen am Meer nun zur Verwaltung von Kenitra gehört und richtig aufgemöbelt wird. Danke Hijam, Alhamdulillah! :)

Appart bien placé avec de l'espace, un jardin, un gardien efficace !
2 couples pour 3 nuits/4jours. Villa à 5mn a pied des restos (le Merzouga est excellent!), de la plage et des taxis. Très pratique. A part la minuscule boutique qui dépanne, prévoyez de prendre la voiture/taxi pour faire vos grosses courses vers Kenitra. La Villa est très bien, notez cependant que vous ne louez qu'une partie de la maison (pour nous, le rez de chaussée, soit 2 chambres, 1 grand salon, 1 cuisine et 1 sdb. Je dirai 90-100m2 maximum mais pas 140 c'est certain). Il y a donc quelqu'un qui loue l'autre partie, l'accès est indépendant. Le rdc est en très bon état, seul bémol lors de notre passage la cuisine était pas propre et il n'y a rien pour nettoyer et il n'y avait même pas un rouleau de papier toilette. Donc si vous êtes sans voiture comme nous faites vos courses avant. Le système d'eau chaude au gaz fonctionne mais pas très pratique (il se coupe souvent). Il y a des draps mais pas de serviettes. Le gardien sur place est sympa et efficace. Il y a un grand jardin très agréable où on peut faire des barbecues. Nous avons loué des planches de surf au Boomy Surfcamp sans pb. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour!
