Palmares Beach House Hotel - Adults Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"A fantastic, beautiful and almost idyllic resort just outside of Lagos. The resort is very peaceful, and if you are a golfer, has meticulously maintained courses - I wish I had a chance to play a round! Incredible views from our balcony, the restaurant, and the pool of the beach coastline, and of Lagos and Ponte de Piedade in the distance. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and, eager to please. So glad we chose this resort as it is not directly in Lagos and world away from the bustle and commotion that makes Lagos incredibly fun, but tiring. Highly recommend the Palmares Beach House Hotel!"

"We decided at the desk to upgrade our stay to include "All Inclusive" food and beverages. It turned out to be a good decision as there were none of the usual restaurants or bars within easy walking distance of the hotel. There was easy access to a long white sandy beach with turquoise waters that many locals take advantage of. A boardwalk there stretched for miles providing a nice place to walk or run. The pools were top notch, featured some scheduled activities, live music, DJ, and bar service. The food was served buffet style and offered a wide variety of items for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The bars were stocked well, but top shelf alcohol wasn't included in the AI package. Guests had a choice to dine inside or outside a a nice terrace with views of the sea. We used Bolt to book car service to Lagos and back. The rides were inexpensive and usually arrived to pick up in under 10 minutes. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with a nice walk in shower Mini bar was included in the AI package. The hotel also provided entertainment in the evening to guests gathered in a large common area. The bar also provided comfortable seating and waiter service. We really enjoyed the perfect weather and the resort style stay here in Lagos. I should mention that there is construction underway next door with heavy machinery and cranes interrupting the view north. We were assigned a room that overlooked the construction site, but the hotel quickly accommodated us"
