"This hotel has just reopened as the Westin about a month ago so they’re going through a bit of growing pains as they establish new operations. For example- the kids club was open but there’s no AC so it gets quite hot and they don’t have proper sign in papers yet. I messaged several times ahead of arrival (and upon booking) that we need a crib but they didn’t read the messages and we had to wait a bit after checking in for a crib to be delivered.
