Und ich wurde das Gefühl nicht los, dass die Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche nicht frisch waren sondern einfach wieder zusammengelegt. Ich komme auch aus der Touristik Branche und das hat mich angeekelt. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist überteuert, die beiden Bedienungen haben sich Mühe gegeben. "This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. They lock the door between the elevator and the lobby at night and there is no one at reception — I have a 6:00 am flight from Hannover and needed to leave the hotel at 3:30 am — I was banging on the door for 10 minutes but there is no one at reception. I almost missed my taxi, except I found a door open at the back and had to walk all around the hotel in the dark pulling my suitcases — I am 77 years old — this is outrageous and reckless — I am furious and will do everything I can to make sure no one stays there in the future — and I will let the Gedenksta Bergen-Belsen know of my horrendous experience "
