Fine place to stay when going to heide park. Under 1 minute walk to bus, 10 minutes to train. No problems at the pension, fine place!

Prima hotel en enthousiast personeel. Ze hielp ons met alles en met veel passie. Heerlijk ontbijt met veel keus. Goed bed en we hebben goed geslapen.

Bei Ankunft war kein Personal mehr da, welches bei der Problembewältigung des Stromausfalles hätte helfen können. Ein Anrufe führte zu einer KI welcher man die Probleme schildern konnte. Eine Änderung des Problems mit der immer wieder auslösenden Hauptsicherung hat dies jedoch nicht gebracht. Wir hatten dann Glück dass die Sicherung nach dem fünften oder sechsten Mal endlich den Strom im Zimmer zugelassen hat. Die Steckdosen am Bett haben leider auch nicht funktioniert. Das Personal wurde am nächsten Morgen darüber informiert und wollte sich dem ganzen annehmen. Alles in allem war das Zimmer sauber und die Betten in Ordnung.

Die Umleitung zur Unterkunft und die Anfahrt waren wegen Baustelle kompliziert. Die Pension war einfach, aber gut. Personal war nur zum Frühstück sichtbar. Sehr ruhig am Waldrand mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Für die Übernachtung unterwegs perfekt.

Heizung defekt, 11 Grad im Zimmer, kein warmes Wasser, keiner vor Ort, kein Telefonkontakt möglich, es ging keiner dran, wir mussten uns ein anderes Übernachtungsmöglichkeit suchen. Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige, sie haben uns die vollen Übernachtungskosten berechnet.

Wollten gerne eher Frühstück, das war nicht möglich. Ist auch nicht schlimm. Jedoch ein Lunchpaket wäre toll gewesen. Die Möglichkeit wurde jedoch auch abgelehnt. Aus Kulanz hätte man das Frühstück auch aus dem Zimmerpreis nehmen können, leider auch das nicht.

Anbefaler for ennattsstopp

Rask innsjekk og gode senger. Badet var lite, men greit. God frokost. Et flott Hotel for en natts stopp. Vi ble anbefalt å spise på Restaurant Grillhaus og de hadde fin meny og god mat, store porsjoner og rabatt da bordet var bestilt for oss av Ambiente. Godt fornøyd med overnattingen og anbefaler for ennattsstopp.

Overnattet her på vei nordover på Autobahn igjennom Tyskland. Svært godt fornøyd i forhold til pris. Gode, store rom og behagelige senger. Vennlig personale, og greit å parkere utenfor. Helt grei frokost. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit. Koselig liten by med fin park å spasere I.
