This spot was absolutely stunning for our stagecoach stay. They gave us breakfast in a cute little cooler each morning. It was quiet & relaxing… during the festival season it’s exactly what you’re after when you want down time.

During our first night there we had some issues with the air conditioner, which the staff tried to resolve straight away and kept on checking on during our whole stay to make sure that it was working fine and that we were comfortable. There is also a clinic on site which was very helpful as my mom fell sick during our trip and to make us feel right at home the hotel sent us a Get Well Soon bouquet to our room. The hotel staff takes the time to get to know you and make sure that you are enjoying...

My husband and I stayed at Alila for 3 nights. We were fascinated by the location (in the middle of a forest!). Waking up to the sounds of the birds chirping was just unreal! Service - we were adorned with superb service at Alila. Everyone was friendly and always pleased to help us. The kind words they used such as, "my pleasure," just showed how much they cared about our satisfaction. On our last day, we got to meet the property manager and he was absolutely fantastic! We appreciated the time...

This hotel was top notch from the very beginning! The staff is extremely welcoming and genuine, they truly want you to have a fantastic experience and learn about the Balinese culture. The accommodations were modern while maintaining a rustic and traditional charm. Overall, the hotel had an ambiance of total relaxation. The pool and spa were great. However, I have to say that the best part was the staff. And if you have the chance...no make time to take the complimentary Yoga classes. ...

The property was absolutely beautiful! The room we stayed in blew our minds! So spacious and modern amidst the backdrop of an ancient Balinese temple. The property has a pool, gym, restaurant, shop, and an impressive 4 floor museum! What made the stay 5 stars was the staff. They were all so pleasant and extremely helpful. Two particular staff members, Putra and Gusde, made us feel like family! We will never forget them! If you are planning a trip to Bali, stay here! You won’t regret it!

Beautiful property! Loved my stay here.

Secluded, quiet and clean place. Staffs are very helping and kind.

Fab pools, views, and spa. Breakfast options wonderful. Room was truly incredible. Entire staff top-notch. Breakfast options excellent. (Dinner was fine.) If you can swing it, book a villa on a high floor -- we had villa 157 -- absolutely stunning.

We stayed a week for our 25th anniversary. Perfect for that occasion. It would be inappropriate with children, infirm or elderly - stone stairs to anywhere, lots of quiet, mostly honeymooners. The staff made an effort to learn our names/circumstances and seemed sincerely invested in our good stay. Shout out to Mira. All day long, the cooked-to-order western and eastern food was amazing (the best/cheapest filet mignon you will find), and we especially enjoyed the included luxurious afternoon tea...

I LOVED everything about the property! Not only have I had a wonderful time, but a FANTASTIC time during my stay! From the moment I arrived at the property and greeted by Suar with a wonderful smile; who’s been most helpful during my stay….! I could not have asked for more! The restaurant, Terracotta was very very good! The food, drinks, and the service by the staff were excellent! They even serve Bali produced wines! I was SAD leaving the property on my checkout day! I need to stay longer...

A wonderful stay! The staff is friendly and very attentive to guests. The food was excellent as well! I highly recommend the mushroom soup!

Absolutely a beautiful place! The staff and everybody was very friendly, and super nice! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place, this is for you. Definitely will be back soon.

Tejaprana was a small oasis away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. The property was beautiful and really provided a sense of calmness and serenity. I enjoyed the fact that there were a limited number of villas, so you never felt like things were crowded or too many people. The staff were excellent and cared for all your needs, all while remembering your name every time they saw you. Those small customer service offerings make a huge difference and really what I have come to expect when...

This is a beautiful hotel with welcoming staff and just outside the bustle of Ubud center. Wonderful spa and decor. Would stay here again.

Beautiful grounds, excellent service, except for my butler he needs to clean the room better. The pool is lovely but it needs more steps or a rail to hold on.

So relaxing and so adorable pool villas looks like well preserved Bali's village. Not crowded when I've visited so it was perfect healing place for a couple
