"I’m honestly very disappointed with this stay. Come on, this is a Marriott, and sadly, it fell short of the standards I expected from the brand.
After an 11-hour flight, I arrived around 3 PM and was told check-in was at 4 PM, which I understood. I went out for a while and returned around 5 PM, expecting our room to be ready.
