"Very good location, close to Bay street and the tram although you can walk to the city in only 30mins if you wanted. Coles supermarket just 5mins walk away as well. Our dog appreciated being able to do his business out the back if raining otherwise he could visit the plentiful parks in the area. 2 fantastic cafe/bakeries just a stones throw away also. Would recommend. "

"The location of this property was incredible. A very short walk to the tram and numerous restaurants. Very close to the MCG and a Supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away. It was quiet and clean. Everything was comfortable, however the kitchen/ combined lounge area is tight. This didn't bother us for the time we stayed. The bedrooms were all very well sized and the 2 bathrooms were helpful. When we had an inquiry, the owner phoned us immediately to assist.We didn't have any pets...
