**Long-Term Stays:** For bookings longer than one month, a mandatory full cleaning and linen change is scheduled every 4 weeks to keep the apartment fresh for your extended stay. This will be added to your total booking amount.
**Booking & Cancellation:** Please note that if you are eligible for a full refund per our cancellation policy, a $50 processing fee still applies. If you choose to shorten your stay after checking in, you will receive a 50% refund for the unused nights.
