This newly renovated and architecturally designed single fronted home in the heart of Coburg.

Location is prime within walking distance to Sydney Road shops, pubs, cafes and easy access to the Melbourne CBD via train or tram.

Note: We have oil heaters and portable heaters in the bedrooms, and a split system air conditioning unit in the living room.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

I would not stay here again

I had to try contacting them 3 times to get access details & had the feeling they double booked when finally got them. No WiFi access even though they advertise that there is, & this is because there is no modem. Broken armchair, very visible filthy marks on lounge & ottoman. Said keys would be inside the house for garage door- no keys. Could not get TV to work (3 people tried) the only thing we thought of after is maybe remote batteries were dead. No tea towels. Bedroom in the middle has a strong odour. House is for sale which could explain why no care is taken.
