The Space:
A Dam Good View by Tiny Away is located in North East Melbourne, nearby Hot Air Balloon Yarra Valley, Kinglake National Park, and Yarra Glen Market.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home,"An Unforgettable View," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas. Where guests are welcome to tour the farm area and visit animals after the land host has formally discussed the safety guidelines guests should follow.

A Dam Good View by Tiny Away is surrounded by many fantastic places to explore in Dixon Creek. Take a Hot Air Balloon Yarra Valley ride for stunning valley views, enjoy scenic walks in Kinglake National Park, or visit Mt Saint Leonard for bushwalking, hiking, rock climbing, biking, and more.

Getting Around:
By Car: 1 hour drive from Melbourne

By Public Transport: There is an easy access to the train station 20 mins away in Lilydale and buses running along the Melba Hwy, which is a kilometer away from our property.

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good for Telstra
- Pets are not allowed on the property
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Outdoor firepit is available for guests to use
- Firewood comes at an extra cost of $20 per load
- Please be advised that we have free-roaming farm animals on our property
- Please do not enter animal paddocks or yards without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
- By purchasing firewood or breakfast, you're helping us care for our rescue animals—including donkeys, horses, sheep, chickens, and ducks. Thank you for supporting our self-funded rescue farm!

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban.
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
