This stunning apartment is set within a new state of the art resort/health & well-being retreat setting with a heated, black granite, infinity edge lap pool, spa/jacuzzi, a dry sauna, a separate steam room, an amazing gym with all the equipment you could dream of, a recreational lounge with big screen LED TV, table tennis table and pool table, and a BBQ/dining entertainment area with great views. This is the ultimate city cosmopolitan retreat!!

Besides these luxury recreational options on the 9th floor, there is even more: You will have exclusive access to the entire 55th floor health & wellbeing recreation area: separate dry and steam sauna, massage treatments, gym, spa, fireplace lounge area, dining table - with amazing views which is reserved just for the penthouse top level apartments.

The apartment has everything you could wish for, 3 LED Flat screen TV's (32" in both bedrooms) and a 43" Samsung 3D LED Smart TV (with a 3D Blu-ray player) great for streaming video (YouTube) checking email, surfing websites & aps using our superfast brand new NBN (Australian Broadband network) with a super generous 100GB data usage allowance per month. There are also iPod stereo docks and a Ipod music tower and an Ipod clock radio. We also have lots of cable TV stations (Foxtel entertainment package).

The modern kitchen, with stone bench tops and a huge kitchen island, also has everything you will need. Miele stainless steel appliances (full oven, cook top, dishwasher) convection microwave, huge fridge/freezer with water dispenser, as well as lots of small appliances.

Everything in the apartment is provided (just bring your toothbrush) such as quality linen, super big bath sheets & towels and, most important, it has two comfortable 'heavenly' queen beds with a quality thick mattress w/fluffy toppers.

The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The apartment has a modern décor and features a comfortable 4 seater leather couch with a chaise, contemporary furniture, and original art works depicting Melbourne scenes by Australian artist Helen Pynta. For atmosphere, we have lava lamps and accent lighting and all the LED halogen lights have dimmer switches. There is quality Australian hardwood flooring throughout.

To keep you warm in winter and cool in summer we have central heating and air conditioning (a must in the hot summer months in Melbourne!). The apartment is light, airy, quiet & super private (and does not look into other buildings) which is a rare find, being in the CBD.

This apartment is centrally located with a boutique shopping centre across the road (food court, shops, supermarket, restaurants, and coffee shops), theatres and movie houses within a short stroll.

Public transport by bus, tram and train is right across the road. Famous Lygon Street, Carlton, with its buzzing restaurants and cafes, ice creameries and boutiques is just across the road. The heart of the city's shopping mecca, Swanston street, and the famous Bourke Street mall are just a 5 min stroll away.

Great communication with the owner and their representative for checking in. Master bedroom was great, though friends in the 2nd room found the murphy bed a bit uncomfortable Best equipped kitchen of any property I have ever stayed in, and the facilities were fabulous. As a couple we would definitely stay there again.

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Rael’s place. It was well stocked and very clean. When a small minor repair to the toilet was called in, he was immediately on it, and had it repaired within hours. The location is very secure, and the 53rd floor view is stunning. Highly recommend!

A lovely little apartment right by Chinatown with an easy walk to everything. Was a little nervous about paying outside of the Vrbo site but it was all legit and Rael was really great at communicating everything. If you are there for New Years Eve they set off fireworks from all the tall buildings and the view from the apartment was spectacular - almost at eye level! Overall a great stay.

We have had the best time staying with our two boys at Abode. The pool & table tennis space were amazing. Kids loved sitting in the spa on the 55th floor watching the sunset. Great food nearby & the property was brilliant. Rael & Angela were so helpful & responded to every question. The car park was so helpful & the views were to die for. Will definitely be rebooking in the future. Perfect affordable getaway if you live in the suburbs & want a city staycation

We stayed in this fun sub-penthouse for 5 days. It was the perfect location for exploring the Melbourne CBD and abroad. Close to the trolley's and inside the free trolley loop. Quick access to most major tourist sites. Great view of sprawling Melbourne including the MCG. A safe and secure area and the building's concierge was a nice safety net when I got stuck in the elevator. They were able to get me out within 10 minutes! Highly recommend this apartment for your visit to Melbourne.

Communication with the owner from the moment we confirmed our booking with Stays was terrific. They even arranged a car park for at very cheap prices per 24 hrs. Facilities are great, you just need to pre book them for COVID restrictions. It means the pool is all yours during your timeslot. Easy access to transport and the most wonderful views. We were a group of 3 ladies staying at the apartment, and were very happy with all the amenities. My only complaint was that we expected to be met there around 11.30 - 12 as arranged with Angela but when phoning Daniel he could not get there until 1pm, we left our luggage with the concierge they did not seem to keen on the idea. This did not spoil our stay as everything else was perfect, the view was fantastic, the apartment was very handy to everything in the CBD, Angela answered all my questions quickly and was more than helpful.

In the appartment I stay with my family for a week. It was a first stop in our Australia holiday. The buildung has a good location. The apartment is very well equipped and was clean. It has a nice view over Melburne. One of our reaons to choose the appartment was possibility to use gym. We arrived on 23th of July and the induction for the gym was at the beginning of August hence we were not allowed to use it. Further, we reliedb on the operating Wifi however already at the checkin we were told that there were some problems and wifi is not working. We had to buy Sim cards (20 GB)and suggested to the owner to come for the costs. The owner was prepair to do this but only if we would leave the Sim cards which were already registered on our names!!! Our experience: As soon a problem occurs the guest has no effective support so we can not recommend this appartment further.

My three best friends and I had an amazing stay in this lovely apartment! It had everything we needed for our stay and having two bathrooms was great (and hard to come by in Melbourne). I also really appreciated how helpful Angela was. She always got back to me quickly, answered all my questions and went over and above. The only tiny negative was we thought the space was a little small for four girls with big suitcases who did lots of shopping.

Stayed in the Abode apartment for 11 nights in February. This apartment is everything the listing description offers plus more. The owners were very easy and friendly to deal with. The facilities are second to none and the location is as good as it gets. I doubt very much that there is better value for the money to be found anywhere else in the Melbourne CBD area. For shoppers you can walk through 3 covered shopping malls and into the back door of Myer Bourke Street. The restaurants of Lygon Street are only 200 metres away and the is the free City Circle tram stop 50 metres from the door. A car is not necessary but if you have one there is secure undercover parking in the building. Our stay was very relaxing with the apartment providing everything we could ask for. I would highly recommend this place as the best value for money accommodation in the Melbourne downtown area.
