The apartment is a 5 mins walk to the sprawling Crown Entertainment Complex where there are dozen of restaurants (including Dinner by Heston, Rockpool, Long Chim and Nobu), foodcourt (Chinese, Spanish, Japanese, Indian, Italian, etc), gold class cineplex, bars and designer boutiques.

The Yarra boulevard seems to stretch endlessly into Southbank Boulevard at one end and Southwharf Boulevard at the other end- featuring cool restaurants, bars, artists and buskers, cargo sheds housing craft-beer bars.

Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.

Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.

Extremely Sub Standard
The unit was smaller than anticipated, which would have been ok, but it was dirty and in need of repair. Pictures were fallen off the wall, cord’s hanging out, stained carpet. Please be warned it would be struggle to fit 6 people. If the sofa bed was to be opened you would not be able to even walk through living area. No space to even walk around or put bags in 2nd bedroom. I reached out to both the property manager and VBRO hoping to get a refund on at least 3 of the 5 nights so I could find a clean, safe and appropriate place to move my family, but only options they offered were to send a cleaner, which never came to fruition. I have never written a bad review but wish someone would have warned us about the terrible state of this apartment and the lack of support and help from both the property manager and VBRO
