Conveniently located, only a short walk to Southern Cross station and there is a tram stop right at the front doors. The apartment was well equipped, with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, great for if you don’t want to eat out and are staying a while and need to do laundry. Only down side was the bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows were thin feather style and an older spring mattress that was quite firm. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne.

Good value apartment complex centrally located between Southbank, CBD and Docklands within walking distance of Southern Cross station and Skybus link. Noisy area due to location but great if no vehicle. Good after hours food options nearby. Pool and spa unavailable and not known until arrival so check direct if a desired feature. Gym was still available but construction access affected.

Great location for what we wanted however it was very dirty. The washer didn't work, the TV in the bedroom didn't work, we paid extra for the balcony room but couldn't use it as we looked right into the apartment opposite, less than 20m away.
