It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the nearby trams along Spencer and Clarendon St will drop you in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of Southbank are literally at your doorstep.
The space includes 1 bedroom with a high quality queen mattress, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen with a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to the Port Melbourne and Port Phillip Bay in the distance. The couch is stylish 2 seater couch that does not include a sofa bed.

Tram is usually the most convenient and user friendly way to get to your destination or you can walk to most places from here as well. There are many car share options including GoGet and green share in the street out the front of the building. A very short walk to the free tram zone.
