Ideally situated in the heart of Prahran and a 100m stroll from Chapel Street, this former Red Tulip chocolate factory has been converted into stylish, high-end apartments where heritage chic meets luxurious comfort. Explore the trendy neighbourhood bars, restaurants and shops, with a secure parking spot allowing you to come and go with ease. Return to a bright and air-conditioned haven with a generous open-plan layout, a Juliet balcony, a dedicated workspace, and private laundry facilities.
This beautifully furnished stay features a welcoming, open-plan layout that leads to a Juliet-style balcony. It boasts high ceilings and extensive glazing to maximise natural light, while an exposed brick silo and chocolate-hued timber floors make striking features.

Step into a sleek, modern kitchen designed for culinary delights, complete with ample workspace and seating on the kitchen island and a convenient dishwasher for effortless clean-up. If cooking isn't your thing, fill the room with your own melodies on the piano and set the beautiful six-seater dining table for takeaway from the many restaurants nearby.

The warm and spacious living area is complete with a generous sofa and armchairs that invite you to settle in with some TV or curl up with a book, while split system air conditioning and heating ensure year-round comfort.

In the stylish, monochrome bedroom you’ll find a queen-size bed, side tables and reading lamps, and mirrored built-ins, while a luxurious ensuite features a walk-in overhead shower, modern vanity and complimentary toiletries to refresh and unwind after a day of work or sightseeing.

Added conveniences include WiFi and a dedicated workspace, a private washing machine and dryer, and a secure parking space.

All linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

Please note that guests will not have access to the letterbox. If you need to receive mail during your stay, we recommend arranging for it to be sent to the local post office for convenient pick-up.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

There are security cameras in the common areas in the building.

Our meet-and-greet service will incur an additional fee of $35 for check-ins after 9 pm for key handovers. If you are running late to meet our greet person, please let us know as soon as possible. A fee of $50 per hour will be charged for late arrivals. Thank you for understanding.
