Experience comfort and convenience in our beautifully designed studio, ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business guests. Located in a prime spot, this space offers modern amenities and easy access to everything you need. This studio is part of a professionally converted warehouse building located in a mixed-use residential-commercial zone. The building has been fully updated for comfortable living, and while you’ll enjoy privacy and comfort inside, guests may notice some light activity nearby during business hours due to the surrounding mixed-use environment.

Guests will have exclusive access to the studio they have booked, located on the upper level of the property. Your private studio includes:

A shared laundry area is available downstairs, equipped with a couple of washing machines and a dryer. This facility is shared among 7 studios and is free to use during your stay (max 2 times a week).

Please note that the unit is part of a warehouse-converted building situated in a residential-commercial zone. Perfectly positioned for convenience and access to transport and shops.
To make your stay even more comfortable, we’ve included extra essentials such as an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. These additions are there to support longer stays or those who like a few more comforts on the road.
1. Daily Cleanup.
We do not provide daily cleaning works. You are welcome to do daily or weekly floor cleanup cleaning by yourself to keep room clean and satisfy your staying.
Basic cleaning tools are available in common area nearby U3 for guests to use,
2. Everyday rubbish,
Please collect them put into garbage bag, then bring it to downstairs and put into council’s bins, please note yellow lid bin is recycle and red is general, collect date is each Thursday morning, so council bins should put onto street Wednesday night.
3. Replace linen.
Each guest only being charged one time clean up fee for replace linen after check out, so, If you need to replace linen together with whole unit clean up works, it is applicable prior 48 hours notice to manager, it is subject to pay extra 3rd clean up company fee of $140/each trip.
4. Washer and dryer.
Ground floor under stairs, available washing machines and dryers for your convenience to use.
5. Post mail address.
There is a mailbox front of the main door side for guests use, if you stay long-term. Please reach out to us to check the postal address.
