We'd love to welcome you to the Cutest Cottage on Fourth walk to the Beach, a stunning, newly renovated home which is an easy flat 350m stroll to the Rosebud Foreshore - a pristine stretch of beach, beautiful parks, gorgeous cafes, family restaurants, shops, markets and Carnival. The house is also very close to the fabulous wineries and restaurants of Red Hill, the Peninsula Hot Springs and the golf courses of the Mornington Peninsula. You could not want for a better location for your family or Friends to gather.

This is a spacious two bedroom home, fully renovated with luxury furnishings and surrounds.
The lounge room is spacious and comfortable and provides a large flat screen TV and sofa bed if required.
There are two bedrooms located off this area, one with a queen bed, the other with a double and single bed.
Through the hallway you will find a central bathroom with shower and bath.
Then another gorgeous open plan living area with a huge, well equipped kitchen offering a brand new fridge, coffee machine and plenty of cookware should you need it. This room is bright and inviting with large windows and French doors that open onto a lovely, private outside entertainment area with BBQ and small backyard.

You will want for nothing, just sit back and relax and enjoy your time in this stunning home and amazing location.

Your booking is for the whole house. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided and included in the price.


We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.

Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
