Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Great location, has the potential to be great but... When I book a room it's because I need a bed for the night, I like that bed to be of a standard not some hard cheap mattress. And while there you expect the place to be clean, not like someone has just eaten a meal off the carpet. Also when booking for 5 people I expect 5 towels, not 1. To then have emails bounce back and phone numbers not connecting when you try calling for more towels is bad form. The property is done on the cheap and so is the service.
