The studio apartment is self contained comfortable, light filled & spacious. Free unlimited street parking and private entrance. Convenient location, easy access to Melbourne CBD. 5 mins stroll to the train station. Trendy local cafes, popular wine bar, independent local grocery store, and & parklands close by.

Sleep well in a comfy double sized bed. Table, desk, office chair and reverse cycle heating & cooling. Kitchenette with bar fridge, oven microwave, hot plate, toaster, kettle & coffee maker.

It's important that you know before booking this is strictly NOT a party house and welcomes those looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in a great location close to the CBD and many local activities. Dilly Dally Studio a great place to rest and/or work/study in a peaceful environment.
