Upstairs the main open plan living area includes a brand-new kitchen with quality appliances and sundrenched dining and lounge opening to the north facing deck with beautiful bay views; the perfect spot to entertain or relax against the backdrop of waves lapping against the foreshore. Downstairs comprises three light-filled bedrooms and a brand-new central bathroom as well as a great 2nd living space, which is perfect for children to enjoy while you sit upstairs on the deck, sipping champagne. Upstairs there is a large space with a separate entrance offers a combined second living area, large master fourth bedroom with WIR as well as a stunning new bathroom with bath. There is also a single lockup garage is complete with laundry facilities, and to the rear, a generous fully fenced backyard allows children to safely play or you can enjoy the firepit.
