The House, on 2 levels, has a lovely sea views and 360 degree elevated views of the area. The rooms are of good proportion and well lit with natural light. There are 2 bathrooms both with separate toilets and within the downstairs bathroom is located the laundry. The garden is well maintained, there is off street parking for 2 cars and the house is located on a quiet street 700 meters from the beach .. The house is fully furnished.
No pets and no smoking inside the house.
