From checking in to checking out, the experience was fantastic. Also, staff’s care and kindness was impressive. As a matter of fact, after checking out, we noticed that our small daughter’s toy was missing and the hotel staff searched and found kindly and arranged delivery home, which is really cared. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Well priced, very clean, great friendly and helpful staff. Probably wouldn’t get breakfast again unless a lot earlier it wasn’t hot and been sitting in the warmers for a couple of hours so not too fresh either. Otherwise a great place to stay overnight.

To say our stay was unpleasant is an understatement. Our bathroom smelt like urine, our shower had big black hairs in it like it hadn’t been cleaned, there was a speck of blood on the bathroom floor and blood smeared down the bathroom wall under the sink. We advised reception who said they’d sort it while we were out for tea. Upon return we were told it had been cleaned and air freshener used. We went back to our room to still find the hair in the shower, blood on the floor and no air freshener smell. We again advised reception who changed our room to a down graded room. Our room had a queen bed and a single and we got changed to a queen room with a fold out kids bed. We told reception we were not moving to that room and they said they’d change our room to another the following day. To which did not happen and we were not contacted to do so. Pathetic efforts on all involved.

It is ideally located in close proximity to the restaurant strip, mall and railway station. It is an great base for motorsport events at Sandown Park as evidenced by the number of teams, officials and spectators staying there during the recent Sandown 500. While the room was spotless, the fixtures in the bathroom were showing signs of age.

Clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but also great for the price. I love the 24 hour reception, the parking area was underground and spacious (but cost extra), and the room was neat and tidy. Everything worked as expected, except that there was a price list for the mini bar on the counter in the room, but the fridge was empty and there was no sign of snacks :( Will stay here again.

Disappointed they had no dinner options at the hotel over the weekend we stayed, rooms are quite small, don’t think about being able to put any belongings in bathroom no cupboards or much space to even dress, bed was comfortable though
