This is a perfect location for an extended visit to friends/family in any of the Caulfields. There are trams to everywhere, as well as restaurants and grocery stores within steps.The host is extremely responsive.

Everything was as advertised and Peter was responsive and communicative. The apartment was clean and everything worked well.The only thing people should know is that the WiFi gets very weak during the day when I suppose the network is congested. Early in the morning, it was great every day, but as the day went on it would get weaker to the point of often being basically unusable. I say this not to criticize (I have no idea whether it's because the owner subscribes to a low tier or whether it's simply something about the neighborhood or about Melbourne or about Australia). I'm just reporting it so that guests might consider renting alternative Internet sources if consistent high speed access is important.

I travelled to Melbourne with my sister and 2 friends for the weekend so the accommodation was perfect for us. It was as advertised, the location was great and the free undercover allocated carpark and lift was great. The only problem was that the lift broke down on the Saturday, we coped with climbing the 3 flights of stairs a couple of times on the Saturday (we are not young) but were concerned about getting our luggage down the stairs when we left on the Sunday. Jacqui, the Host, was great, she came round in the morning and carried all 3 of our cases downstairs to the car. we were very grateful for this help.
Because the lift was not working we were unable to take our rubbish to the bin as requested.
